Job Title: Associate Manager
At Digopm, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to lead our sales team in the agricultural sector. As an Associate Manager Sales for Agri Input Fertilizer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships within the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards in all sales activities.
- Stay updated on changes in agricultural policies and regulations that may affect business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products.
- Strong understanding of the agriculture industry and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India as required.
