Sales Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join Aero Armour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for adventure and the outdoor lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Prospect New Clients
- Research and identify potential B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, within the target market.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and Maintain Relationships
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct Product Presentations and Demos
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Aero Armour products.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
- Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and contracts.
- Monitor Market Trends and Competitors
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences.
- Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the logistics, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
