Customer Engagement Expert Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Expert to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, communicating effectively, and creating a positive impact.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in English & Telugu and have excellent communication skills. Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries in English & Telugu.
  • Clearly explain crowdfunding services to customers and provide guidance on fundraising campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (desired but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English & Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A patient, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
