Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Hedge Fund Portfolio Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for hedge fund portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, etc., and proficiency in MS Excel. They will also possess knowledge of fund accounting software and experience in fund accounting or hedge fund operations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's or professional certification like CFA/CPA is a plus
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting or hedge fund operations, preferably with exposure to NAV calculation and reconciliation processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies in positions, pricing, fees, and expenses
