About this Leadership Role

Drive our investment strategy, research process, and portfolio construction across our platforms as a seasoned Chief Investment Officer.

This is a leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities offering clear visibility toward long-term performance and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the overall investment philosophy, asset allocation framework, and sectoral approach across mandates.

- Deliver performance in line with risk-adjusted return expectations over extended periods.

- Align the investment process with long-term client objectives and the firm's value system.

Portfolio Management

- Directly manage flagship portfolios with significant assets under management (AUM).

- Oversee asset selection, position sizing, entry/exit timing, and liquidity management.

- Monitor macro & micro risks; implement hedging or tactical asset allocation if required.

Research Oversight

- Institutionalize deep fundamental research across sectors, themes, and capital cycles.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing investment team including sector analysts and portfolio managers.

- Promote original thinking, deep diligence, and thesis-driven investing.

Team Building & People Leadership

- Attract, develop, and retain top investment talent.

- Foster a culture of intellectual integrity, curiosity, and performance ownership.

- Build succession and scaling capabilities for future growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 18+ years of experience in public markets investing preferably leading portfolios.

- Proven ability to manage and deliver performance on AUM of significant value.

- Deep sectoral and macro understanding strong investment judgment.

- Strong team-building and leadership experience managing analysts/PMs.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Integrity long-term orientation and alignment with the firm's investment philosophy.
