Job Title : Chief Healthcare Data Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Healthcare Data Strategist with deep expertise in the healthcare domain to drive AI/ML initiatives, build predictive models, and deliver insights that transform healthcare solutions.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end data science projects in the healthcare space, from business understanding to deployment. This includes developing, training, and optimizing advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models for healthcare datasets (EHR, medical claims, imaging, clinical notes, etc.).

  • Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, ensuring data privacy, compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, GDPR), and ethical AI practices.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define data-driven strategies and use cases.
  • Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements in healthcare and life sciences to recommend innovative approaches.
Requirements :
  • 6-10 years of experience in Data Science / AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in Healthcare domain projects.
  • Strong expertise in Python / R, SQL, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets (EHR/EMR, HL7/FHIR standards, clinical text, medical imaging, claims, genomics).
  • Proven ability to design and deploy ML models at scale (on AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, deep learning, and NLP.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience leading a data science team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
