Job Description

The Business Operations Coordinator will act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support. This role is pivotal in managing high-priority initiatives, driving efficiency across teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on organizational growth and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic projects.
  • Monitor and track the progress of key initiatives.
  • Oversight cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required.
  • Streamline workflows and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions and business activities.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Safeguard confidential data and maintain trust across all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing or ad-tech.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
