At WTW, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our Regional HR Delivery function.

About the Role

  • We are looking for an individual who can provide project coordination and support across various activities and initiatives, enabling collaboration with HR colleagues across geographies and functions.
  • The successful candidate will report to the Regional HR Delivery Business Manager and be responsible for coordinating requests for information from HR Centers of Expertise, HR Chief of Staff, and other Functions.
  • This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the cadence of regular Regional HR Delivery presentations and documentation required for delivery to HR Leadership Team, senior leaders, board members, and colleagues within the HR function.
  • We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project support and coordination: scheduling, facilitating, documenting, and reporting meetings; identifying deliverable milestones and maintaining project plans; gathering and synthesizing relevant information from subject matter experts.
  • Data interpretation and collation: requesting and analyzing data from various sources; collating and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Budget management: tracking expenses, resource allocation, and travel arrangements; supporting the annual budgeting process.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: liaising with internal stakeholders, including HR teams and senior leaders, to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
