\Job Description

As a Brand Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, crafting compelling campaigns, and staying ahead of the competition. Your work will drive business growth and establish us as a leader in the industry.

Your primary responsibilities include owning and shaping our brand voice, dreaming up and executing impactful campaigns, keeping every touchpoint consistent, digging into competitor moves and cultural shifts, partnering with performance marketers, building playbooks for influencers and partnerships, reading numbers and listening to people.

\Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4–5 years of experience in shaping and shaking things up in brand strategy (bonus if in D2C, lifestyle, fashion)
  • A radar for youth culture and digital trends—you know what's hot before it hits the mainstream
  • Campaigns in your past that actually moved hearts (and sales)
  • A storyteller who can switch between clever one-liners and deep strategy decks
  • Creative instincts backed by data, not just vibes
  • Hungry, restless, and ready to play big in a fast-paced startup
  • On-site in Pitampura, New Delhi. No hiding behind Zoom.
