We are seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing professional to drive our growth strategy in this rapidly expanding field.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading operational excellence across our Influencer Marketing vertical, focusing on increasing our influencer network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-centric proposals and pitch decks aligned with their Influencer Marketing requirements, along with an execution plan.
  • Maintain timely delivery of briefs, ensuring relevance, and create detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit, and onboard influencers using negotiation tactics and processes.
  • Brief and negotiate with influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Manage databases and add new influencers to assigned categories/genres.
  • Build strategic relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Cultivate close coordination and relationships with internal team members and external partners.
  • Execute seamless campaigns with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Maximize margins for all campaigns.
  • Review and analyze key metrics, creating insightful reports on Influencer Activation.

Skillset:

  • Proficiency in social media marketing.
  • 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Understanding of social media insights and analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, manage tasks effectively, and maintain great time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • High-level organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client servicing expertise.
