Job Overview:

  • Experience in general management and team leadership with a proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.
  • Mastery of sales techniques, including negotiation, relationship-building and account management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general management and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering customer satisfaction.
