ERP Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive specialist to manage day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and supporting users.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Farvision ERP, with good understanding of real estate/construction business processes and strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.

Responsibilities include data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance; handling functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP; generating, analyzing, and sharing MIS reports and dashboards; coordinating with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting; and providing training and support to new team members on Farvision ERP processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
  • Good understanding of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.

Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in Commerce/Management/IT/Finance or equivalent, and prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
