Craft User-Centric Solutions (35%)
  • Design intuitive interfaces for complex applications and products.
  • Conduct research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems.
  • Develop design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles in every project.
Collaborate and Innovate (25%)
  • Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Partner with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing to ensure design supports growth and conversion goals.
  • Presents design concepts to stakeholders and defends design decisions with data and user insights.
  • Mentor team members on design thinking and AI-augmented workflows.
