Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Our organization is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to support the design of our digital products and marketing materials. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design:
    • Assist in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
    • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
    • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
    • Ensure designs are consistent with our product's design system and guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
    • Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools to continually improve the design process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design.
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
