At Piegon Media Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Recruitment and Management: Participate in staff recruitment and ad hoc disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team.
- Sales Target Setting: Determine and convey sales targets that align with the company's broader objectives.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff to ensure they perform tasks to prescribed standards.
- Client Acquisition: Identify new sales leads and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain contact with clients to better understand and fulfill their needs.
- Market Research: Use insights from performance reviews and market research to improve sales techniques and product offerings.
- Training and Development: Host ongoing training to ensure employees are familiar with product releases and updates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business-related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and administer market research protocols, and capacity to sustain consequential working relationships.
Please note that the salary range is between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 25,000.
