Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of QA methodologies, and experience with testing software applications to ensure they are user-friendly, functional, and meet the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate their requirements and understand their needs
- Design and develop test cases and test scripts based on business requirements, both on user experience level and quality of data
- Execute test scripts and report on outcomes to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Automate test scripts using end user regression test tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing
- Actively advocate the capability of testing and be a thought leader in this area to help shape the future of testing
- Be part of DevOps team and is able to commit the efforts required for testing activities
- Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management
- Identify and escalate any testing issues or risks to the team and provide suggestions for resolution
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities
- Be involved in the Software Development Lifecycle starting from analyzing requirements, maintaining test cases, developing test automation features and testing software - continuously improving these topics
- Develop/support test automation strategy for large complex projects
- Develop/support non-functional testing automation strategy for complex projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands
- Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation/institutionalization of new tools/methods/standards
- Create test documents like: Test Plan, Test Risk Assessments, and Test Results and make sure that they are reviewed and approved by appropriate stakeholders
- Participate in estimation of User Stories in Story points
Requirements:
* Master / bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
* Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Qualibrate, DBFit, or similar tools
* Experience in Cypress ,Load testing (JMeter + Taurus + AzDevOps Pipeline) ,API testing (Postman) ,Azure Test Plans (future) ,GTMetrix / Google Lighthouse § Experience in developing and executing test cases and test scripts
* Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams
* Experience in working in ITIL framework
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Degree in computer science or equivalent
* A minimum of 7 years working experience
