**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to spearhead our government-aligned projects in education and development.

We require a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of establishing and managing strategic corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, government liaisoning, and CRM applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and manage strategic corporate partnerships for government-aligned projects.
  2. Engage with CSR teams and corporate donors to secure funding support for our initiatives.
  3. Build and maintain a database of corporate donors and foundations aligned with government programs.
  4. Prepare and present tailored CSR proposals for corporate engagement.
  5. Conduct regular meetings with government officials and education departments.
  6. Monitor CSR portals and government announcements for new funding opportunities.
  7. Travel across regions to represent our organization in meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or PGDM/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  • BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising and government project exposure is an added advantage.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and managing corporate client relationships.
  • Experience in government liaisoning and interacting with government departments.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
