Hospital Quality Assurance Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple hospitals. This role ensures hospital operations adhere to the highest standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hospital operations in alignment with national accreditation standards.
  • Monitor hospital progress toward achieving and sustaining accreditation; advise on corrective actions for non-conformities in audits.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys bi-annually using established protocols.
  • Oversee quarterly site visits for quality checks across departments; supervise quality assurance activities.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly reports on KPI compliance, addressing performance gaps.
  • Ensure adherence to protocols related to patient safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters Degree/PG Diploma in Hospital Management/Administration.
  • Certification as an Internal Counsellor for National Accreditation Standards by the Quality Council of India or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in successful accreditation of multispecialty/super-speciality hospitals.
  • Proven leadership in quality management at least three hospitals in roles such as Accreditation Expert, Advisor, Consultant, or Manager.

This is a pivotal position that requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare accreditation systems and a proven track record in quality management.
