Operational Excellence Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions, coordinating with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows, managing student onboarding inventory, school readiness, and preparing MIS reports for performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and manage tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
