Our founders recognized the need for disruption in the home services industry. They realized that customers faced challenges in availing quality services conveniently, and service professionals struggled to make ends meet due to reliance on middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators.

The Role: As an Operational Excellence Manager, your primary focus will be on operational excellence for your set of cities. This involves selecting and training new partners and improving current partners' quality.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution.
  3. Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in partner quality and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
