Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure operations. This includes creating and executing strategies for improving infrastructure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as managing the procurement of software, hardware, and other IT supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the procurement of software, hardware, and other IT supplies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Lead the management of outsourced teams for daily operations and activities.
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems, analyzing situations to determine the best course of action.
  • Perform live disaster recovery activities and participate in regular drills to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure management, including on-premise data center and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent knowledge of server, storage, database, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and network architecture.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience in planning and executing infrastructure-related projects.
  • Ability to perform infrastructure discovery assessments and develop transformation strategies.
