IT Infrastructure Manager Position

A highly skilled Senior IT Manager is sought to oversee the management of our server infrastructure and ensure seamless datacentre operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Server Administration Strategies
  • Maintain and Optimize Server Performance, Troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime.
  • Manage Virtualization Platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and clusters for efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Teams to develop and implement backup and monitoring strategies using enterprise tools (Commvault, Veeam).
  • Leverage Strong Problem-Solving Skills and attention to detail to resolve technical issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in server administration and datacentre operations.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux System Administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure), scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash), and industry certifications (MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Server+).
