We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Executive Search Specialist to join our team at Maier+Vidorno.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment plans of our clients and internal positions are met with precision and timeliness. This includes initiating discussions on client needs, monitoring the implementation of recruitment processes, and developing business development opportunities from existing and potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment Process Delivery & Execution:
• Conduct thorough groundwork for kick-off calls and participate actively in them.
• Prepare detailed job descriptions based on competencies discussed with clients.
• Identify top talent pools from various sources, including local job portals, advertising, headhunting, and talent mapping.
• Evaluate candidates through detailed questionnaires and documentation of summaries.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned clients.
• Consolidate salary data for offer negotiation purposes.
• Ensure timely closure of positions according to project execution schedules.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with candidates before joining to ensure a smooth transition. - Business Development Focus:
• Develop business from new perspective clients, such as international companies with subsidiaries in India and MNCs in India.
• Utilize databases of Indian companies to source potential clients for business growth.
• Focus on growing business through farming opportunities with existing clients. - Client Coordination & Relationship Building:
• Engage with clients through regular updates on project progress for domestic clients.
• Respond promptly to internal and client communications regarding any escalations.
• Handle client expectations, increase client interaction, and understand their overall requirements. - External Agency Coordination:
• Interact with external recruitment agencies to resolve critical issues and ensure smooth business functioning. - Cross-Department Coordination:
• Coordinate with the Sales team to gain better understanding of client needs and develop bespoke hiring strategies.
• Coordinate with branch heads on hiring plans and share information with team members.
- Minimum 3-10 years of full-time experience preferred.
- Experience in recruitment with ability to handle end-to-end recruitment mandates from mid-to-senior level positions.
- Experience within Recruitment role handling clients, leading the process, etc. preferred.
- Experience of working with international clients handling client management, independent candidate interviews, and assessment.
- Experience in Recruitment for Engineering, Automotive, and Manufacturing Industries.
- Added advantage if has an experience in working on a Recruitment Software.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,50,000 - ₹13,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
