Personal Secretary to Senior Executives

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Secretary to provide top-level administrative support to our senior executives.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive-level support, managing expense reports, and communicating on behalf of the executives.
Responsibilities- Calendar management for Management
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Experience in Personal Secretary/ Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage expense reports and other financial records
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
