About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Secretary to provide top-level administrative support to our senior executives.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive-level support, managing expense reports, and communicating on behalf of the executives.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management for Management
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Requirements
  • Experience in Personal Secretary/ Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage expense reports and other financial records
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
