Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Creative Visionary to lead our visual design efforts. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and execution across all channels.
- Define the Design Language: Develop a comprehensive design language that reflects our brand's personality and values.
- Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a small team of designers to deliver high-impact campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to our campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of software and tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Project Management Tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
