Job Title: Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative ideas for multiple brands, including campaign planning, scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative ideation and showcase work for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns and narration of scripts.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work and submit award entries to recognize achievements.
  • Work under the Creative Lead, receiving direction, feedback and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with integrated teams on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to designers on concepts and ideas.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process from idea to final product delivery.
  • Conduct research on brands, competitors and target audiences, staying updated on industry trends and online news.
