Dynamic Design Director Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and visionary design leader to drive our visual identity and elevate our brand through creative and forward-thinking design.

As the design lead, you will play a key role in shaping our creative direction while mentoring a talented team of designers and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging and impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Leadership: Develop and drive our design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in collaboration with the creative lead and brand marketing.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and innovation.
  • Photoshoot Direction: Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, ensuring consistency, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of design, fashion, and digital trends, infusing fresh ideas and techniques into all creative output.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity; fashion or e-commerce background preferred.
  • Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma are a must.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and digital aesthetics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
