UI/UX Designer and Strategist Role

We're looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer and Strategist who can create engaging video and static ad creatives, build funnels in Webflow, and manage client visual identity projects. If you have a passion for combining creativity with strategy, we want to hear from you.

This role involves creating highly engaging content that drives real inquiries, managing organic growth across social media platforms, and learning copywriting and researching long- and short-form content. You'll also be responsible for editing high-quality videos, creating and launching e-books, setting up pixels, heat maps, and running data-driven CRO experiments. We value collaboration and accountability, so you'll work closely with our team to document every effort in our in-house Marketing Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create highly engaging video and static ad creatives
  • Build funnels in Webflow for our clients
  • Manage client visual identity projects for off-plan properties
  • Composing nurture email sequences and tracking analytics
  • Managing and strategizing organic growth across social media platforms
  • Learning copywriting and researching long- and short-form content
  • Editing high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos
  • Creating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources
  • Coordinating with SEO partners and optimizing landing pages
  • Setting up pixels, heat maps, and running data-driven CRO experiments
Requirements:
  • Strong portfolio of creative work
  • Experience with video editing and graphic design
  • Familiarity with Webflow and Adobe CC
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
