Job Title: Visionary UX Leader

As a seasoned UI/UX professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of cutting-edge user experiences across our unified AEM-based platform.

This role requires visionary leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive design excellence.

  • Develop a comprehensive UX vision, defining design principles, patterns, and success metrics that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and governance of a production-ready design system comprising responsive components, templates, and micro-interaction specifications, ensuring strict accessibility compliance.
  • Collaborate with distributed UX/UI teams: mentor designers, conduct rigorous design reviews, and establish best-practice playbooks.
  • Serve as primary liaison to stakeholders, facilitating design workshops, steering consensus during high-impact design critiques, and incorporating feedback into iterative sprints.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, such as design-to-development accuracy, component reuse rate, and user satisfaction scores, and embed continuous improvement cycles via regular QA/UX audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years' proven experience in UI/UX design for large enterprises or agency environments—preferably on AEM or other headless CMS platforms.
  • Expertise with Figma (Libraries, Prototyping, Auto Layout), Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of component-driven design methodologies, design tokens, responsive breakpoints, and design system governance.
  • Strong command of accessibility standards, with hands-on experience conducting and remediating accessibility audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable conducting executive-level briefings, workshops, and design critiques.
