Job Title: Visionary Art Director

Role Overview:

The Visionary Art Director will be responsible for leading the visual direction across various brands, driving concept development, managing creative teams, and collaborating closely with internal and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative & Visual Leadership: Direct the visual language and art direction across integrated campaigns, from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential, maintaining a high standard of craft and consistency.
  • Conceptual Development: Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Client Collaboration: Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale, building trust through clear communication, creative passion, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers, fostering a culture of creative excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning.
  • Executional Excellence: Oversee all stages of production, including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production, ensuring creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
