Technical Expertise Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide technical and domain expertise for proposals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform, enabling them to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed analysis of RFPs/RFQs to identify technical requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop insightful solutions that cater to client needs, expectations, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with proposal writers to create engaging technical sections, approaches, and win themes.
  • Transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise inputs for the proposal team.
  • Participate in expert interviews/workshops to brainstorm innovative solutions and approaches.
  • Contribute to building a comprehensive library of reusable technical material, case studies, and solution narratives.
  • Provide rigorous quality review of draft proposals to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record of working with RFPs, RFQs, or client proposals is highly desirable.
  • Ability to decipher technical requirements and map them to practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with government / commercial IT procurement processes is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
