Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing mechanical or electrical systems, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with technicians to ensure successful project completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install small mechanical or electrical systems and equipment in laboratory or residential settings, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on system performance and document any issues encountered during operation.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure successful project completion, maintaining clear communication on project status, challenges, and progress with team members and supervisors.
  • Conduct performance and safety tests for mechanical systems and room air-conditioning units, identifying and troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications is desirable.
  • Expertise in refrigeration systems or building management systems (BMS) will be considered an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in the relevant field.
