Job Description:

Bid Management Process:

  • Crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs involves coordination with cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
      • Coordinate and track bid activities, including daily status meetings and deliverable tracking.
        • Ensure timely submission of bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
          • Participate in client interactions to capture requirements and support proposal discussions.
            • Manage supplier registration for partners in alignment with procurement policies.
              • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and researching prospective clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented documentation capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements is a plus
