About the Role:

  • This is a challenging opportunity for a strategic and analytic thinker who thrives on technology advancements and process improvements.
  • As a Wholesale Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts within our Distribution & Wholesale product group in support of our Business to Business (B2B) business partners.
  • You will use your expertise in Wholesale sales and technology to initiate and manage ERP system enhancements, including gathering requirements, testing and implementation of simple solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience
  • 3+ years of experience required, with a focus on Distribution and Wholesale sales
  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations
  • Proven ability to learn and test new business application functionalities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
