We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Internal Audit Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing the audit plan at the regional level, identifying key risk areas, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the MFI/Banking sector, preferably in internal audit and risk management, is required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement audit plans to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Conduct field-level audits to identify fraudulent practices and ensure prompt reporting of major observations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure closure of compliance issues.
- Prepare and issue detailed audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Graduate degree (B. Com preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the MFI/Banking sector, preferably in internal audit and risk management
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent report writing
- High degree of professionalism, commitment, and integrity
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
