Job Overview

Jobopenning is seeking a results-driven Telecaller to promote and sell our financial products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential and existing customers, building rapport, addressing queries, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct targeted outreach calls to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise on our range of financial products, including loans, insurance, and investments.
  • Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and provide relevant information to drive sales.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Achieve ambitious sales targets and identify quality leads for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads within our CRM system.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Certification in financial services or sales.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of Rs 8,000 - Rs 10,000 per month, plus an incentive structure with no cap. This provides a rewarding opportunity for experienced professionals to grow their careers and earn significant rewards.
