About the Role

As a Management Trainee – Inside Sales, you will be responsible for selling innovative, gamified digital learning solutions to global clients. You will work closely with our internal team to craft and enhance sales presentations, emails, and client proposals. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in sales and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by establishing connections with key decision-makers.
  • Research and reach out to potential clients through calls and virtual meetings to understand their needs.
  • Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions from our product offerings.
  • Prepare and present engaging proposals to win new clients.
  • Support the development of account plans to exceed sales targets.
Preferred Education and Skills

We are looking for individuals with a Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputed B-school, with a specialization or electives in Sales, Marketing, or HR Technology. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology can be a plus to ensure technical understanding, especially in HR tech sales.

Desired skills and attributes include excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to industry leaders. Strong consulting skills, demonstrating the ability to advise and influence decision-makers effectively, are also essential.
