Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple methods to find qualified candidates, including job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, determine job requirements, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Job Descriptions and Interviews: Write clear and compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track candidate information.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements, expectations, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Total Experience 7+ years
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring.
  • Strong working experience in IT Hiring.
  • Experience in sourcing profiles from different sources.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
