IT Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT professional to oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure for optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
- Lead the complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
- Provide technical support and helpdesk services to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) for secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
- Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
- Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
- 5-10 years of experience in related field.
- Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred).
