Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Solutions Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various technical tools, specifically Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APM tools like Dynatrace and Appmon. They will also possess good understanding of programming languages such as Python and Node JS.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy Dynatrace OneAgent to diverse environments and topologies across different geographic locations.
- Work with application owners to gather requirements, analyze them, and implement monitoring using OneAgent on requisite servers.
- Understand discovered application processes/services and configure them accordingly.
- Develop dashboards for critical transactions in collaboration with the application team.
- Customize anomaly detection rules and set up alerting profiles for each application to send notifications to users.
- Integrate tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent, if possible.
- Manage and administer tool zones for each application and assign respective users to view their application details.
- Experience in designing and implementing Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon.
- Extensive knowledge of APM tools like Dynatrace and Appmon.
- Good understanding of Python and Node JS.
- One Agent Certification as an added advantage.
