
Senior Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and coordinating ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. This will involve serving as a liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Distributors, reviewing project status and budgets, coordinating schedules, and delivering regular status reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Distributors and Customers.
- Collaborating with project managers to assess project issues and develop resolutions that meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinating schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Facilitating team alignment and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
- Delivering regular status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Channel Sales.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction, with a strong focus on results-oriented approach.
- An ability to influence across a broader organization, with a strong track record of building effective relationships.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
