Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving high-profile change initiatives globally. You will work closely with key stakeholders to establish and deliver complex programs, ensuring project success from conception to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program governance structures with clear sponsorship and engagement from senior management and operating levels
  • Prepare and present summary statuses to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the successful execution of projects, handling multiple complex analyses and formulating tailored recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to possess at least 12 years of proven experience in corporate banking, program management, transformation, and risk management. Strong leadership and management abilities are essential, as well as a proficient understanding of products, services, and systems for Corporate Bank.
