Transformation Leadership Role

About the Role:

This is an integral part of a critical growth engine for our organization.

The Transformation Director will lead, enable, and own reviewing transformation deals and be part of their execution.

They will own end-to-end implementation of agreed transformations for all large deals.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  1. Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT Transformation programs, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and budget controls.
  2. Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers, technical experts, and support staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to align delivery with program objectives.
  4. Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, including project teams, end-users, business owners, and senior management. Facilitate communication and manage expectations to ensure smooth delivery and BAU processes.
  5. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on the status of the program.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues related to the transformation process and develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Establish metrics, track performance, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise to meet program objectives.
  9. Create and maintain documentation related to the transformation process, including plans, procedures, and progress reports.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Leverage industry best practices and thought leadership to inform and guide transformation initiatives.
  3. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the transformation journey.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
