Job Title

A professional with exceptional leadership skills is sought after to fill the role of Agile Transformation Specialist. This position requires an individual who can effectively implement agile methodologies, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and drive organizational transformation.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile principles, practices, and values, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • They must be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, coaches, and team members, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will have significant experience working with organizational leadership and teams to change and adjust organizational design to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise environment.
  • They should also be well-versed in drawing value stream mappings and capable of facilitating classes, workshops, and agile sharing events.
  • Furthermore, they must be able to ensure the product owner knows how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value and teach techniques for effective product backlog management.
  • Deep knowledge of DevOps objectives, industry CI/CD tooling, and ability to lead and develop strategies for agile transformation by collaborating with global agile coaches and leadership are highly desirable.
