Job Overview

This full-time on-site role offers the opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Prithvi Exchange in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the position may involve project coordination, travel arrangements, and office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, including logistics and communication with attendees.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in calendar management and meeting coordination is essential for this role.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are required to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Estimated Salary Range

₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
