Administrative Director

As a key member of the L&T EduTech team, this Administrative Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and organized work environment. They will oversee administrative staff, manage office resources, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: This role will supervise and lead a team of administrative personnel, including Administrative Assistants and Office Coordinators. They will provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to ensure they meet their job responsibilities effectively. Regular performance evaluations and career development plans will be conducted.
- Office Operations: The successful candidate will manage and optimize office space, ensuring an efficient layout and utilization of resources. They will oversee office supplies procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Office policies and procedures will be developed and enforced to enhance productivity and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Facilities Management: This role will coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment, including computers, printers, and other relevant technology. A comfortable and safe working environment for employees will be ensured, addressing any facility-related issues promptly.
- Event and Meeting Support: The Administrative Director will assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and workshops. Logistics for internal and external meetings, including room reservations, audiovisual setup, and catering arrangements, will be coordinated.
- Travel and Accommodation: They will manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to administrative functions will be a key responsibility. Administrative records, documents, and files will be maintained and organized for easy retrieval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to office management.
