Job Title: Senior Vendor Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vendor Coordinator to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our vendor management process, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Communication and Coordination: Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Vendor Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process of vendors, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our background verification team as needed, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in vendor management.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in using MS Office suite, and strong organizational and time management skills.
