Key Responsibilities:- Develop operational strategies aligned with brand objectives to achieve targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and take ownership of systems, processes, policies, and business operations.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business propositions for expanding new stores, mapping the current market situation, and benchmarking with competition to identify gaps.
- Provide strong leadership to the store operations team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members are trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards, implementing and monitoring loss prevention measures.
- Leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the effectiveness of business operations.
- Implement seamless processes and a customer-centric approach to enhance overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the store operations team and driving business growth while maintaining exceptional customer service.
