The Store Operations Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless store operations.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Store Operations Director. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving productivity and efficiency throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on product information, including current trends and sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Stock Management: Oversee the receipt and organization of stock in the store, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards. Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed.
  3. Inventory Optimization: Maximize space usage within the stock room by implementing efficient storage solutions. Monitor and maintain 100% basic standards for stock room cleanliness and security procedures.
  4. Inventory Planning: Collaborate with managers to plan inventory preparations, ensuring timely and accurate restocking. Allocate resources and manpower for inventory processes.
  5. Floor Operations Support: Assist department managers in maintaining seamless floor operations, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
