Job Title:

Payer Solutioning Lead

Experience: 15+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Solution Development: Design and evolve AI-led technology solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Track and align with industry trends to identify relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums.
  • Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions.
  • Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning.
  • GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Role Competency:

  • Industry Experience: 15+ years of overall industry experience, including: 10+ years in the healthcare domain.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
  • Solutioning Capabilities: Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing techno-functional solutions.
  • BPaaS Engagements: BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
